Central Vermont OLLI presents The Robinson Family and Anti-Slavery Advocacy

Dr. Lindsay Varner is Executive Director of the Rokeby Museum, the historic Robinson Homestead in Ferrisburgh, Vermont. She will discuss the 19th century abolitionist movement in Vermont, Rokeby's place on the underground railroad, and the extraordinary work of the Robinson family.

Dr. Varner's presentation will take place on Wednesday, February 21 starting at 1:30 at the Montpelier Senior Activity Center, 58 Barre St.

Registration for all nine remaining programs is $8 per program or $40 for an individual or $70 for a couple (any two people) for the series. Registration should be done online beforehand or by mail to UVM OLLI. If you decide to drop in at the last moment, you may send a check or pay online after the fact.
