The Jericho Planning Commission (PC) is meeting on Tuesday February 20th at 7:00 pm at Town Hall and via Zoom. The public is welcomed and encouraged to attend and comment. This meeting will kickoff a project to update the zoning regulations in the Village Centers to better align with the new Town Plan, using the state Zoning for Great Neighborhoods document as a guide. There will be a presentation by consultant David White from Sterling Mountain Planning who will provide an overview of zoning in the Villages.
