Every first Friday of each month, the Derby Line Events Committee will host a FREE family friendly movie at the Derby Line Village Hall. Movies will begin each month at 7pm, doors open at 6:15pm. All movies shown at the family movie night are rated G or PG.

Because of licensing restrictions, we cannot publicly advertise the name of the movie, but we can give hints!

On October 3rd, we will celebrate Halloween early but we ain’t afraid of no ghost! We’ll show a classic ghost movie where four guys don their proton packs to save New York City from an invasion of ghosts. This movie is rated PG.

Also in October, we will host a special movie night on October 25th beginning at 7pm. Break out all the props and join us for a cult classic and get ready to do the time warp again! For this musical classic, we will allow audience participation so bring all of your props and feel free to dress the part. Because of the mature content of this movie, only people 18 years and older will be allowed. This movie is rated R.

Feel free to have your kids brings blankets, sleeping bags, or pillows to lay on the floor of the hall to watch the movie. We want this to feel like a fun, comfortable, family night out.

Concessions will be available for sale. All sales of concessions benefit the Derby Line Events Committee.
