The Collaborative’s annual Lights On Afterschool Harvest Festival celebration & Chili and Apple Pie Cook Off is coming up on Friday, October 24th. Lights On Afterschool is a national celebration of afterschool programs which help to keep youth safe during the high risk hours of 3-6 PM.

Community members, Extended Day Program and Flood Brook School (FBS) families are invited to join in the fun on Friday, October 24th from 5-7:30 PM for games-like donuts on a string, live music, delicious chili, and tasty apple pies in the FBS gymnasium! There is a $5 suggested donation at the door, and for an additional $1 you can buy a whip cream pie to throw at FBS Principal, Neal McIntyre!

Anyone interested in entering chili or an apple pie to the Cook Off may fill out this online form (https://thecollaborative.wufoo.com/forms/chili-apple-pie-rsvp/) or call The Collaborative’s office at 824-4200 prior to the event to confirm the entry.
