Everyone is welcome to gather at the Barre Universalist Church ( big white church with clock tower) Thursday evening, Feb.15, for a pot luck dinner followed by a presentation by The Shidaa Projects, Inc., a Vermont based 501(c)(3) non profit organization with a dual mission focused on:

1) Cultural education and diversity through sharing West African dances, drumming and other activities, and 2) Improving the lives of families, students and schools through our Help the Needy Project which support the less fortunate in Ghana by collecting and shipping new and gently used goods.

This free event will be a wonderful opportunity to learn and be entertained. Although not required, you may bring a dish to share if you wish. Come and have fun!
