This Thursday evening, the SBHS Debate team will host a forum with candidates for open positions on both the School Board and City Council, who will come together to answer questions about their candidacy for the March 5 election. On Thursday, February 15th, students will ask questions of the School Board candidates from 6:00 to 7:00 and then ask questions of the City Council Candidates from 7:00 to 9:00.

The candidates for School Board are Elaine Cissi, Chelsea Tillinghast, and Tim Warren. The candidates for City Council are Linda Bailey, Lydia Diamond, Elizabeth Fitzgerald, Julian Keenan, Mike Scanlan, and Laurie Smith. 

The event will be held in the City Hall auditorium and it will also be available online. Residents Vince Bolduc and Anne LaLonde are coordinating the effort.
