GM Search Committee - Wed. Feb 14 - 4pm to 5:30pm

The Hunger Mountain Coop has a General Manager Search Committee which is now meeting on Wednesdays from 4-5:30 pm in the Community Room at the co-op or via zoom.

Please consider making a two minute community comment near the beginning of the meeting. There are many issues of concern with this committee, including: (1) meetings are scheduled at 4 pm on weekdays when many working people cannot participate, (2) a survey was sent to HMC members without consulting the co-op membership or employees or vendors about what to put in the survey and even without consulting committee members–the survey is on the agenda for this meeting, (3) the chair is making decisions without consulting the committee (in addition to the survey, the chair approved weekday meetings, and announced that there would be a 3-person screening sub-committee to filter candidate applications–the 3-person committee is also on the agenda).
