Please join the Justice Equity Diversity Inclusion (JEDI) Committee of Windsor & the Town of Windsor for an evening of celebrating Black History Month with guest speaker, Joe Major. The title of his address is "Black Experience During Black History Month." On Wednesday, 28 of February 6 pm to 8pm at the Windsor Welcome Center, 3 Railroad Ave. Windsor, VT. He currently serves as the Executive Director of the Upper Valley Aquatic Center and the town treasurer of Hartford, Vermont, Major has made significant contributions to the community through his diverse skill set and commitment to service.

Major actively engages in various community-oriented activities. He serves on the boards of several notable organizations, including the Vermont League of City and Towns, Northern Stage, the Upper Valley Haven, and Junction Arts and Media (formerly known as CATV). His involvement in these boards underscores his commitment to enhancing the quality of life and cultural vibrancy of the community.
