Come to the Broad Brook Community Center, 3940 Guilford Center Road, to talk with fellow seniors about what's on your mind.

When: 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month; 1:00 - 2:00. Next meeting is Thursday, February 15th.

Participants say that they feel uplifted and light after chatting with folks who are in the same age range. They laugh, listen, share ideas and experiences. They like the informality.

Deb Albright, retired nurse and professional facilitator, helps the group follow some simple guidelines, but participants determine what comes up for discussion. Deb brings beverage and cookies too!
