This Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® workshop will offer a gentle and pleasant way for you to return to your natural state of self-connection, grounding, and nervous system regulation. By engaging with your habits of movement in supportive and exploratory ways, this workshop will help you to discover more comfortable and efficient ways of moving and being. Safe and slow, yet challenging in surprising and satisfying ways, the material in this workshop is tailored to the needs and interests of the participants. Wear comfortable clothes for movement, and bring a journal to write/draw in. Mats are provided. The title of this workshop comes from a poem by John O'Donahue.

Eve Boltax is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and musician based in Jamaica Plain, MA and Montpelier, VT. She has an active Feldenkrais practice and enjoys working with a wide variety of people in individual Functional Integration® lessons and group Awareness Through Movement® classes. Her work has been described as magical, bold, insightful, calming, and steadfast. She has guest taught at the Beth Jacob Synagogue, Green Mountain Chamber Music Festival, and Blossom Wellness Center.
