Join Brooke for a Sound Bath at Rooted Yoga in Barre.
Lie down, relax, let go and allow the sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, ocean drum, space chime, rattles, elemental koshi chimes, rain sticks and more fill the space as Brooke plays instruments over and around your body, allowing for complete immersion of body, mind and spirit.
Please bring any cozy blankets, pillows, etc to make your sound bath nest, or use what we have at the studio. Oracle card pulls at the end!
