Greetings Neighbors and Friends,

North Hero's annual winter festival "Great Ice!" is just six days away! Friday, February 16, 2024 is the kickoff with a 3:30PM dedication of the "Cormier Winter Station" which will be home to our Zamboni ice machine. Ice skating on the lake begins at 5:00PM and you'll be able to enjoy local food and beverages from local breweries, wineries, and eateries from 5:30-8:00PM. The massive bonfire begins at 6:00PM and the epic fireworks display begins at 7:00PM! Friday night promises to be a memorable night!

Saturday's schedule includes: more skating on the lake, a hike at Camp Ingalls, the Lake Champlain Islands Business Expo, a chili cookoff competition, taking a drive on the Zamboni, Great Ice games, and a Vermont Trivia Night and Potluck at the North Hero Community Center.

Sunday's schedule includes: a hearty Sunday breakfast from 8:00-11:00am at the North Hero Community Center, more public skating, and another opportunity to drive the Zamboni ice machine! For more details, visit our website at: www.greaticevt.org
