Tickets are now available for this dinner, unique to Barre, honoring community members who do outstanding good works. This year's honorees are Beth Mueller, Wayne Pelkey, and the musical duo Richard "Carp" Carpenter and Irene Robertson. The dinner is a benefit for the Aldrich Public Library and will be held Wednesday, October 8th beginning at 6PM at the Canadian Club. Tickets are $20 and include a delicious turkey dinner with all the fixins. Tickets may be purchased at the Aldrich Library or reserved by calling the library at 476-7550.
