Hi neighbors! The next Burlington Silent Book Club meet-up is happening on Sunday, 2/25 from 2-4pm at Queen City Brewery.

This is not a traditional book club -- instead of reading and discussing the same book, everyone brings whatever book they're reading to hang out and read companionably. It's super low-key, and all are welcome! Here's how it goes down:

-2:00-2:30 - Grab a seat, get a drink/snack, and chat with the group
-2:30-3:30 - Quiet time to read the book you brought (this is basically a reading flash mob)
-3:30-4:00 - Stick around to chat more. Or, keep reading. Or, feel free to head out! Choose your own adventure

I recommend getting there on time, since we can't guarantee seating at the same table(s) for everyone. If you're sensitive to background noise/music, some folks have found it's nice to bring headphones for the reading portion. Feel free to email Elena (elenaveatch@gmail.com) with any questions!
