The next meeting of Citizens’ Climate Lobby-Burlington will be from 3:30 to 5:30 pm, Sunday, October 5, at Ruggles House, 262 S Prospect St, Burlington. We’ll start with the international conference call, and then continue with our local reports and plans.

Adam Browning will be the guest speaker on the conference call. He is co-founder and executive director of Vote Solar, which works at the state, federal and local level to implement programs and policies that allow strong solar markets to grow — and pave the way for a transition to a renewable-energy economy. Adam will share his insights from building support among conservatives for clean-energy policies. Prior to Vote Solar, Adam spent eight years with the EPA where he ran an award-winning pollution-prevention program.
