Description:
Charlotte Congregational Church is excited to welcome pianist Annemieke McLane (see bio and program below) back to our sanctuary to perform a concert in our sanctuary to benefit our partner in Uganda, Malayaka House: https://malayakahouse.com/
She will play selections from her newly released (12/2023) collection titled, "Bach and My Bicycle". Annemieke writes: "I hope you will enjoy this concert for awareness of the power of love, thanks for helping hands, the little things that add up. Malayaka house stands for love, care, dreams…we need this more than ever in this world with so much loneliness due to many things. Give hope. Mother Teresa: "We ourselves feel that what we are doing is just a drop in the ocean. But the ocean would be less because of that missing drop."
Please join us for a lovely afternoon of music, friendship and Malayaka House.
