Here's what you can expect: Self-Discovery Through Stillness
A two month long group of individuals interested in going a little deeper and looking at ourselves in new ways.
We will let creativity be our guide as we engage self-discovery through the theme of stillness.
Stillness allows us the time and space to creatively engage with our world in new ways.
There will be prompts, music videos, poetry, and ideas for projects to engage with over the two month period.
