TWIN VALLEY SENIORS OFFERS MORE PROGRAMS

Come experience Zero Balancing, a gentle, fully-clothed touch therapy. Sessions last 30-45 minutes and release tension in bones, joints, and soft tissue. You may feel lighter, less stressed and more in tune with yourself. Monthly clinic hours are 10AM to 2PM beginning Monday, February 12. Twin Valley Senior Center is open Mondays. Wednesdays and Fridays for lunch and provides Meals on Wheels for residents of Cabot, Calais, East Montpelier, Marshfield, Painfield, Woodbury and parts of Montpelier.
