1 Call to order
A Establish that a quorum is present.
B Introductions given by DRB members and Zoom participants.
Zoom participants will be removed from the meeting unless they state their name and turn on the camera briefly for the record when called upon by a member of the DRB. Communicating this information is necessary to maintain an accurate attendance record.

3 (***) Request for extension by applicants re: Continuation of the Public Hearing for Subdivision Application #23-095 as requested by Deina & Patrick Olstad for their property located at 296 West Hill Road, Lincoln, VT, Parcel I.D. 06070333.00.
A Additional time is needed to procure documents as requested by the DRB.

4 (**) Continuation of the Public Hearing for Conditional Use Application #23-087 as requested by Josiah Jackson on behalf of Lincoln Sports Inc. for the creation of a multi-use trail network to improve access to the 55 acres that they currently manage in the town of Lincoln.

5 (***) Sketch plan review request by James B. and Lisa C. Dobkowski for a Subdivision request for property located at 223 Robinson Rd, Parcel ID# 17040248.000.
Description: Dividing one lot into two lots.
Note: Lincoln Zoning Regulations as amended December 2023 in effect for this application.

6 (***) Sketch plan review request by Kenneth Pohlman for a Subdivision request for property located on Quaker Street, Parcel ID# 04040141.000.
Description: Subdivide 21 acre parcel into two lots, 2.25 & 18.75 acres located in the Transitional District.
Note: Lincoln Zoning Regulations as amended December 2023 in effect for this application.
