We will have mulitple programs and activities to participate in during our Solar Eclipse Party, one of them being Solar Eclispe Yoga! Registration for this program is FREE and highly encouraged.

Join Pippa, Yoga instructor of 18 years, for a Solar Eclipse Yoga class on the green! Bring a mat to roll out on the grass and check the weather to wear appropriate layers. This class will be specially designed to honor the momentous natural phenomenon that we will be practicing under. There will be solar eclipse glasses to wear but if you have a special pair then bring them, as we are planning to have our savasana (resting on the back at the end of a session) coincide with the complete darkness of the eclipse (around 3:15pm).

Optional support props for your experience: journal and pen, blanket, Yoga blocks for extra support, and maybe a towel if it is muddy or wet.
