The Lamoille Valley Osher Lifelong Learning Institute will present author, radio host, and podcaster David Goodman discussing the remarkable renaissance of backcountry skiing which is now the fastest growing part of the ski industry. David will show photos of skiing past and present and discuss how skiers of today are reconnecting with skiing's roots. Goodman is the recipient of the 2023 Paul Robbins Journalism Award from the Vermont Ski & Snowboard Hall of Fame.
