On Monday, February 19, 2024, the Randolph Development Review Board (DRB) will meet at 7:00 PM to consider the following items:
1. Call to Order.
2. Public Comment.
3. Consider Approving Prior January DRB Meeting Minutes.
4. Parcel #234017 located at 20 N Main Street in the RVHD District. The applicant is proposing building 2 ADUs inside an existing accessory building located behind the primary dwelling structure.
5. RACDC has requested a PRELIMINARY DRB Hearing for the following buildings, (all in the RVHD district):
25 units to be rehabilitated in 4 buildings:
• 3 units at 5 Church Street (parcel# 241003.000)
• 6 units at 18 Forest Street (parcel# 215007.000)
• 8 units at 3 Hedding Drive (parcel# 224001.000)
• 8 units at 5 Hedding Drive (parcel# 224002.000)
28 new dwelling units at 3 Hedding Drive:
One building with 7 units, one building with 10 units, and one building with 11 units.
