Sound Healing VT, Suzy Pence and Terry Donahue, are offering a 60 minute sound healing/gong bath class designed to soothe the spirit and promote self-healing. The class will include breathwork, guided meditation and a gong/sound bath. Participants will be laying on the floor with props to promote comfort. Sound healing is designed to release stress and anxiety, increase mental clarity and deepen your inner peace and balance. There is a $25 fee. Registration is required.
