Dear FPF Neighbors,

The South Burlington Affordable Housing Committee is hosting an educational forum on Accessory Dwelling Units on April 18, 2024 from 7-8:00 at the South Burlington Library. An Accessory Dwelling Unit or ADU is a smaller, independent dwelling unit that is located on the same lot as an existing single-family home. It may be an addition to the home or a free-standing structure.

Do you have an ADU? We are looking for volunteers to discuss their experiences with building and utilizing these spaces.
