Winter is long… How about playing BINGO at Worcester Town Hall?

Some wonderful organizations in our community could use a little financial boost to support the good things they do. And if local folks and families can get together, have a little jovial, game-night fun, while winning some cash too, well then, it's win win! So, let's play some BINGO!

We've dusted off the ancient-but-still-functional BINGO equipment stored in the back of Town Hall and are ready to go! Starting this Sunday afternoon at 4 p.m., February 4th, we will host BINGO regularly. Keep an eye on the Front Porch Forum community calendar for longer range planning. A placard will be placed out front of Town Hall on the day of the events. A reminder and the selected weekly beneficiary will be posted in advance! Note: CASH ONLY!

Some non-profit organizations in Worcester identified as potential beneficiaries are:
• July 4th Festivities
• Community Lunch and Food Pantry
• Fire Department
• Neighbors Network

Fifty percent of winnings each week will be gifted to the beneficiary selected. The other fifty percent will be distributed at the event as prizes to BINGO game winners! Both personal winnings and donations grow in amount the bigger the crowd playing the games!

So, bring your friends or the kids for some social time with and for our Worcester community! Cost to play will be $5 for 3 cards or $10 for six cards. Money exchange will be CASH ONLY, to make divisions easier. (There is an ATM machine at LBJ's store.)
