Hello neighbors,
I am offering a new yoga series "New Beginnings for Body and Mind". The program contains a well-rounded Slow Flow Yoga asana (exercise) practice at the core to build and maintain strength, mobility and stability. But I also want to emphasize the transformative aspect of yoga on the mind. It starts on Feb, 1st and runs for six weeks. We meet weekly at the Red Brick Meeting House from 5:30pm to 6:30 (ish)pm. If you cannot commit to the full series, there is an option to just drop-in.

I am asking for $60 for the whole series or $12 per class.
The program is open for all adults 18+; no previous experience in yoga is required but a minimum degree of mobility (like getting down onto the mat and up without major difficulties) is suggested. There are always options and tools to make the practice accessible to every body. Please, bring your own mat and a blanket or towel.
