Please join us from home over Zoom for another winter Zentangle workshop on Sunday, February 11th at 4:00. Spend the early afternoon skiing or otherwise enjoying the sunshine (we can always hope for sunshine, anyway!), then return to your home, make a cuppa tea, and turn on your computer to join the Zoom class! Zentangle can be described as meditative pattern drawing, and uses repetition of simple patterns to create beautiful designs. It's fun and relaxing!
Katy Abbot, a certified Zentangle instructor who taught our Zentangle workshops in the past, is returning to lead us beyond the basics, using heart strings and new patterns to create pieces you can give away on Valentine's Day. If you own colored pencils, have them ready, but they are not required. We have extra Zentangle starter kits for folks who haven't tried Zentangle before (as well as books you can borrow to learn more), and also extra Zentangle squares for past participants.
Please email me to register your interest in the class and to let me know if you need the starter kit. And help us spread the word about this fun, free, home-based art adventure.
