Come one, come all to Ice on Fire, Montpelier's annual winter festival, celebrating the warmth of community in the depths of winter! Ice on Fire is happening on Sunday February 4, 2024, 2 - 5pm at Montpelier Country Club, 203 Country Club Road. There is limited parking so please carpool.
All activities are outdoors. We'll have dance, theater, music, storytelling, and poetry performed by local artists and community members, winter games, and lots of kids activities! Hot drinks and food to warm the soul. Please bring mugs for hot drinks. Bring your friends and family, but kindly leave your dogs at home.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS to hold puppets, play roles in our opening and closing ceremonies, join our group songs, and more! If interested please email Janice at janice@alltogethernowvt.org.
Admission/suggested donation: $10/person, no one turned away for lack of funds.
WANT TO HAVE SOME WINTER FUN EVEN SOONER? This Friday February 2nd at 9am-12pm and 1-4pm at the country club we'll be setting up Christmas tree mazes, igloos, ice furniture, snow arches and more in preparation for the event. Come on by to volunteer and create community cheer!
