The Hardwick Equity Committee and the Jeudevine Memorial Library would like to invite you to be part of our winter book group. We'll be reading "The Sum of Us" by Heather McGhee. This National Book Award finalist explores how racism costs not only some people but everyone. Copies of the book will be available to borrow from the library.
Our first gathering will be:
Thursday, February 1, 5:15-6:45 pm at the Jeudevine Library.
Thereafter, smaller groups will be meeting EVERY OTHER Monday and/or Thursday. No commitment or reading is required for this first meeting, so come check it out if you're at all interested.
