There will be an in person (no zoom) Meeting on Saturday, January 27 at 9am in the Shelburne Town Hall to discuss the new draft zoning regulations for the Shelburne Road North area which starts at the SB line to the North, Spear Street to the East, the Village District to the South and the Lake to the West. All are welcome, you do not have to live in this area to attend. When I signed on to the first Q&A there were only 25 people on line from Shelburne. These new regulations will be with us for many years rethinking, reshaping and reforming our growth, conservation, stewardship and integration.
