Yoga Classes are free to all. All levels welcome. Donations are gratefully accepted.

Please note there is no Yoga on holidays or if the library is closed due to inclement weather.

Dr. Wendy Sergeant, our very own hometown Yoga Instructor living in Jacksonville, brings to us a wealth of knowledge with a doctorate degree as a Nurse Practitioner.

"Yoga is more than exercise, it is soul reaching." Yoga offers a place to meet life's challenges both on and off the mat.

It is about acceptance, curiosity, and openness. Every day is a different day on the mat.

This mirrors life. Wendy looks forward to honoring you here.
