At the Yoga Place located at 359 Main St., Bennington,, VT, pre-postnatal classes are forming to begin in March. Improve your sleep, reduce stress, and anxiety, increase strength and flexibility, decrease lower back pain, nausea, headaches, and shortness of breath. You all also me and bonded with other pregnant women, and prepare for the stress of being a new parent, you will learn reading techniques, gentle stretching, postures and cold down and relaxation exercises.
