The Northfield DRB will meet Thursday, Jan 25 at 7:00pm in the Community Room of the Brown Public Library.
This month's agenda consists of three subdivision requests:
Michael Krause seeks to create two new parcels of 13.7 acres and 10.1 acres from a 58 acre parcel at 1696 Winch Hill Road.
Timothy & Lisa Mathiasen seek to create a new 5 acre parcel from a 75.3 acre parcel at 1162 West Hill Road.
R.E. Tucker, Inc seeks to create a new 21.2 acre parcel from a parcel of some 81 acres on VT Route 12A (just west of Northfield Country Club).

One other note: the Northfield DRB meets monthly, as needed, generally on the 4th Thursday of the month. While the DRB is currently fully staffed, we would like to add one or two alternate members who would be able to fill in when another member is unable to participate due to a schedule conflict, illness, or some other reason.
