The Pierce Hall Fitness Center in Rochester would like to announce a Yoga for Kids! class on Saturday mornings with Ms Bernice!!
What: A time of "Playful Poses.... Peaceful Minds"
When: Saturday January 20 (plus Saturdays February 24 and March 9)
Time: from 9 am to 10 am (come a bit early to settle in)
Where: Pierce Hall Fitness Center (in the studio located in the lower level)
Ages: 6-12 years
Cost: $8/class (paid to teacher Bernice Davis a certified Yoga Instructor-RYT 200)
