Montpelier-Barre's premier bluegrass band, THE VT BLUEGRASS PIONEERS, will be making a personal appearance at the Maple Corner Store WHAMMY BAR this Sat. Jan 20. The Pioneers, who consist of Banjo Dan Lindner on banjo/guitar/vocs, Willy LIndner on mandolin/vocs; Danny Coane on guitar/banjo/vocs and Sam Blagden on bass/vocs, have played the Whammy previously to an always-enthusiastic audience but it's been a spell since they've worked there. Hope folks can come out on Saturday night, even if it's cold! No cover, but donations instead.
