Cabot's Local Hazard Mitigation Planning team would like to invite comment from residents, neighbors and other interested stakeholders. Hazard mitigation means making long-term investments to protect people, property, infrastructure, natural resources and the economy from harsh weather and other natural disaster events.
A public meeting to discuss mitigation actions to lower the overall risk of natural disasters to the town will be held on January 22, 2024 at the Willey building at 6:30pm. You can also complete an online survey to make sure that your voice is being heard. The survey link is https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1cobxMGh2Wjc_AkhRt6k3NtdCpN3ifPzocvO_FuBkb20/edit
This will help to prioritize hazard mitigation planning for the next 5 years; any input is greatly appreciated.
The meeting will be available via Zoom at: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81841333173?pwd=MjRwUkc4azNhcE1NM29mV0NGcS91UT09
