Many of you will be aware that recently passed Vermont legislation mandates how many dwelling units can be built on serviced land and permits the construction of a two unit dwelling anywhere current zoning allows a single dwelling unit. Other changes proposed include new zoning district names, boundaries, and lists of uses. In short there is a lot to absorb!
