The Craftsbury Academy 5th grade class has been learning about civics this winter. As a final portion to their studies, the students will join local elected officials at the Craftsbury Public Library to learn more about how local government works. Selectboard members and our state representative will share a bit about their work, and answer questions from students.
The civics discussion will take place on Monday, January 22 at 9am, and is open to everyone. Come learn about civics in Craftsbury, and demonstrate to our 5th graders that this is a pertinent topic for everyone. For more information, contact the library at 586-9683 or director@craftsburypubliclibrary.org.
