For anyone who is exploring the relationship between healing and social justice, I invite you to join me in a heart-centered communal care space to practice cultural somatics. This online gathering is offered by Plainfield business EmpowR Transformation for building capacity to strengthen the discomfort muscle and ability to navigate conflict—two of the roots that call for untangling to bridge healing and social justice.

Circles are held the third Tuesday evening of the month on Zoom.

This is a drop-in space to practice relationship, community and movement building where healing and social justice intersect.
