Ershaka Reiki and Sweetwater Studios are holding a Reiki & Restorative Yoga Workshop at Sweetwater Studios in E. Burke, VT! Restorative yoga enables deep relaxation as you hold poses for longer periods of time with the help of props to completely support you. It also helps you to regain calm balance and soothe tired muscles. Reiki translates as: spiritually guided life force energy. Energy can become stagnant when there has been physical or emotional injury or pain. Reiki helps to remove these areas of stagnation, improving energy flow, providing relaxation, and reducing stress.
