Aikido of Champlain Valley will be holding a free introductory workshop on Tuesday, January 16, at 6:00PM. Aikido is a non-competitive martial art that emphasizes blending with and redirecting attacks. Our training builds body awareness, balance, and core strength. We have a wonderfully supportive group of members, and we welcome all people. After the workshop we're hosting an informal potluck get together. Get to know us, and get free food!

We're also holding a free youth workshop for children ages 7 through 12 and their families on Saturday, January 20, at 9:30 AM. It's a fun class with lots of energy!
