Community House will host an open house and thank you party on Wednesday, January 17, from 2:30 PM to 6 PM at their newly renovated high school location at 80 Linden Street in Brattleboro.

The high school is located in the old Holbrook House, which is on the national historic register. Community House high school helps students through an intensive individualized educational program which focuses on behavior management, social emotional skill development and academic achievement. Students are referred from area public schools and graduate from their sending schools.

"Opening a high school program has long been a dream for Community House. When this beautiful property became available in the fall of 2022, we saw it as the perfect opportunity to expand our offerings," said Jill Stahl Tyler, executive director. "This is our thank you to all who have helped bring this vision to life, including many talented and committed people who worked long hours on the renovations."
