Monarch Butterfly Tagging & Bug Walk! Food! Raffle! Learn Gardening Tips for Butterflies!

A Benefit for North Branch Nature Center (NBNC)

Where: 1842 Barnes Hill Road, Waterbury Center (off Guild Hill Rd. off 100 near Michael’s on the Hill)
When: Sunday, September 28, 2-5 pm
2:00 pm: FREE for all ages: Catching Monarchs, butterflies and other insects. We’ll tag any monarchs we find!
3:00 pm: $30 family, $20 individual—Refreshments by local area establishments and wonderful raffle items!
4:00-4:30 pm: Presentation by Larry Clarfeld, NBNC Naturalist Educator. Learn about the migration and conservation of monarch butterflies and what we can do to help them.
