I've started attending the new Central Vermont Martial Arts school in Moretown and it's fantastic with a welcoming, challenging, and supportive training environment. They're hosting their first open house event on Sunday, January 21st and offering a variety of free classes throughout the day, including:

10:45 - 11:15 am: Free trial class for kids, aged 6-11
11:30 - 12:30: Free trial class for Adults (12+)
12:30 - 1:15: Join us for a Potluck Lunch!
1:15 - 1:45: Free trial class for kids, aged 6-11
2:00 - 3:00: Free Trial Class for Adults (aged 12+)
3:15 - 4:45: Self-Defense Class for Adults (recommended for 16+). Learn practical skills to empower and protect yourself.
