Indian takeout is back. This time we are partnering with SlipStream farm to make a delicious vegan but meaty Mushroom curry.
Following are the options:
Three Mushroom Curry(V,GF)- A vegan twist to the traditional goat curry. Blue-Oyster and Lions mane mushrooms give it a meaty texture and chestnut mushroom on top gives a nice nutty flavor. Served with cumin Rice.
Butter Chicken - I guess no description necessary for this one. Back by popular demand. Served with cumin Rice.
Sides:
Appe (VG, GF) - Appetizer made of fermented lentils (Channa, urad and moong). served with peanut chutney.
Broccoli and potato sabzi (V) - Indian style stir fry broccoli with potato.
