"New Queen of Bluegrass" (WSJ) Rhonda Vincent transcends the boundaries of bluegrass with her powerful vocal style. With an unprecedented 7 consecutive Female Vocalist of the Year awards (plus an 8th) from the International Bluegrass Music Association, she is a member of the Grand Ole Opry, and collaborated with Dolly Parton on the Elton John/Bernie Taupin Tribute Project, "Restoration". Her music honors traditions of classic bluegrass while finding room for the more contemporary melodic and lyrical outlook of country music.
