BREATHE TO UNWIND ANXIETY
In the first 3 classes, we'll focus on breathing exercises and movement to let your body know that you're okay and that you can relax. The final 3 classes, we'll build upon these calming breathwork practices and practice being comfortable and feeling okay on our edge of discomfort and anxiety through breathing and movement techniques.
Each class will be recorded so if you're unable to attend, a recording will be available.
