Join Rick Winston for Adam's Rib," a 1949 comedy with Spencer Tracy and Katherine Hepburn, will be showing at the Maple Corner Community Center.

This is the first film of a three-film series with the theme "Classic Movie Couples." "Adam's Rib" was directed by George Cukor, with a script by the married team of Ruth Gordon and Garson Kanin. Tracy and Hepburn play a happily married couple, both attorneys, whose marriage is tested when they take opposing sides in a controversial case. The original New York Times review called it "a bang-up frolic… You couldn't ask for more." Rick Winston will introduce the film and lead a discussion afterwards.
