Happy Monday!
Looking for something cozy to do this weekend? How about tucking in to a hot beverage and a tasty dessert while listening to music...at a library!
Rake Factory Union is excited to perform at the first coffee house of the season. This Saturday, 7pm at the Peacham Library, located at 656 Bayley Hazen Rd, Peacham.
Fresh off a packed house at First Night North the band performs mostly original songs, exploring themes of rural living, love and loss, with a healthy dose of humor.
The band will perform from about 7-8pm-ish, then will open up the floor to an open mic session. All musicians that would like to share a song or two are welcome to participate.
The coffee house serves coffee, tea, and refreshments. The event is by donation, with proceeds going to support the library and the musicians.
