Is your goal to read more books in 2024? The Solomon Wright Public Library is here for you! Come visit our welcoming space off of Route 346, right across the train tracks. We would love to hear what you want to see more of this year and which books you'd like to read. You can plan to stay for awhile, read the newspaper, talk to our friendly volunteers, and use our computers. Or, bring your little ones and make use of our cozy kid's section and toys!
Kathy Velon is the local artist showing at the library through January and February. She uses materials such as handmade paper, fabric, thread, and beads to create 2- and 3-dimensional artworks with lots of texture and color. The opening for her show is Saturday, January 27th, from 10:30am to noon.
Our current hours are:
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 10am to 6pm
Saturdays, from 10am to noon
We are closed on January 15th in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
We hope to see you soon!
